Three men break into home while owner was present

Police are searching for three suspects after a home invasion in Brooklin over the weekend.

On Friday, August 6, at approximately 10:10 pm, three males forced entry into a home in the Holstead Road and Montgomery Avenue area of Brooklin. A lone resident was home at the time. The suspects robbed the home before fleeing in a waiting pickup truck. The victim did not receive any physical injuries.

Officers from the Central West Division, the Tactical Support Unit and a K-9 team searched the area for the suspects with negative results.

This is not believed to be a random incident.

Suspect #1 is described as: male, Black, approximately 5′ 9″ with a slender build.

Suspect #2 is described as: male, Black, approximately 5′ 9″ with a slender build.

Suspect #3 is described as: male, Black, approximately 5′ 6″ with a slender build.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark grey, newer model Ford F-150 pickup truck.
