Three options emerge for Courtice GO station community

The Municipality of Clarington has announced three options for the Courtice Transit Oriented Community (TOC) Secondary Plan.

This follows the third Public Information Centre held on Tuesday, March 22, which was attended by some 60 people. The meeting was held to present the Draft Land Use Options to the public.

Courtice Waterfront and Energy Park

The municipality also released the Courtice Waterfront and Energy Park Secondary Plan artist rendition courtesy OPG following the third Public Information Centre on Wednesday, March 9, attended by 48 people.. The meeting was held to present the draft Land Use Plan to the public.

To continue the public engagement and support the ongoing Courtice Waterfront and Energy Park Secondary Plan, the municipality asked residents to complete a brief online community survey available on the project web page until April 8, 2022.
