Two in custody soon after pharmacy robbery

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday took two persons in custody following a robbery in Oshawa.

In the morning yesterday, a pharmacy was robbed in the area of King Street. Drugs were taken and a male and female fled on foot. No injuries to the employees was reported.

The police later said two people have been arrested.

Two persons in custody. Major crime robbery investigators are on the scene and have taken charge of the investigation, said a police tweet.
