Durham Police yesterday said a female suspect is facing drug trafficking charges after members of the Central East Community Response Team concluded a drug investigation.
The investigation was commenced following reports of suspected drug activity at a residence in Oshawa.
On Thursday, March 9 at about 4:50 pm, members of the Central East Division Community Response Team, took a female suspect into custody for drug trafficking. A warrant was executed at a residence in Oshawa, resulting in the seizure of a quantity of cocaine, Percocet, and Canadian currency.
The 55-year old suspect from Oshawa was charged and held for a bail hearing.
