The City of Oshawa has announced that it has received an application submitted by Batory Management on behalf of 11373846 Canada Corp. for approval of a Draft Plan of Subdivision (File: S-O-2024-01) for lands at 374 Farewell Street as shown shaded on the map below.
The purpose of the application is to implement a draft plan of subdivision (S-O-2024-01) which proposes eight single detached dwelling lots fronting Guelph Street and two semi-detached dwelling lots fronting Crerar Avenue.
A related application for Site Plan Approval (File: SPA-2024-01) has been submitted to rearrange the parking lot on the retained church property.
The city said the application has been determined to be complete.
It said a Notice of Public Meeting under the Planning Act will be advertised separately at a future date.
