Brock’s Thorah Concession Road 5 closed from today

The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of a road closure on Thorah Concession Road 5 in the Township of Brock from today.

  • When: The closure is from November 7 to December 9. The entire construction project is anticipated to be completed by mid-July 2023. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
  • Where: Thorah Concession Road 5, from Cedar Beach Road to Murray Street, in the Township of Brock.
  • Why: To safely install a watermain.

The region said it realizes that the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
