The Frenchman’s Bay Harbour Entrance Breakwaters will be temporarily closed to the public to allow for repairs commencing Monday, December 7, 2020.
In addition, a section of the parking lot at the south end of Liverpool Road will also be closed for the duration of the project to provide a staging area for the contractor, said a City of Pickering statement.
Purpose: For repair work to the east and west breakwaters.
Duration: Monday, December 7, 2020 to Friday, December 18, 2020
Road closure on Harmony Road South in Oshawa
The Regional Municipality of Durham announced the road closure of Harmony Road South (Regional Road 33), in the City of Oshawa.
When: December 12 to December 13.
Where: Harmony Road South, from Olive Avenue to Florell Drive, in Oshawa.
Why: To safely install a watermain.
