Amazing things do not happen in Durham only. Next door Toronto too has its share of the weird, funny or outright bizarre.
And there’s one that happened just last Thursday as recalled by Scott Matthews, Detective Constable at Toronto’s Traffic Services – Investigative Office.
“This morning [23 January], a Traffic Services officer stopped a vehicle and found the drivers’ licence was under suspension,” said Matthews.
And, here it gets crazy.
“A friend was called to pick up the car and his licence [too] was under suspension,” said Matthews.
“A third was called and his licence was also under suspension,” he said.
“The fourth time was a charm,” Matthews added.
