Four 35-storey towers with 1,429 units proposed

A zoning by-law amendment application has been submitted for a major high-density residential development at 1095 Kingston Road, Ward 2.

The proposal, submitted by 1095 Kingston Road Ltd., outlines plans for two buildings containing four residential towers, each reaching 35 storeys. In total, the development would add 1,429 dwelling units to the site.

The plan also includes about 1,000 square metres of privately owned public space (POPS), located at the rear of the property and fronting Dixie Road.

The purpose of the zoning by-law amendment is to rezone the property into an appropriate category and establish site-specific standards to allow the proposed development.
