The Ajax Community Centre went offline yesterday as its communication systems were down.
While the facility remained open and programs, services and permits continued, staff were unable to process in-person registration, transactions or take debit/credit payments, said an announcement.
“All computer and phone systems are currently down at Ajax Community Centre (75 Centennial Rd.)…All calls are being redirected to the McLean Community Centre,” said the announcement.
Customers who would like to register for programs in person may do so at McLean Community Centre (95 Magill Dr.) and/or Audley Recreation Centre (1955 Audley Rd. N.), it said adding that customers can also register for programs online at ajax.ca/activenet.
“We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and will provide further updates.
