Help catch a break-and-enter thief and get $25,000 reward

Durham police yesterday announced a $25,000 Crime Stoppers cash reward for any information that leads to arrests in a Beaverton break-and-enter case.

On February 17 at about 8:10 pm, members of North Division responded to a break-and-enter call at a residence in the area of Thorah Concession Road 4 and Thorah Side Road in the Township of Brock.

The homeowner left his residence in the early morning and returned home after 5 pm, to discover that the front door was open. A search of the home revealed that a gun safe had been stolen.

Durham Regional Crime Stoppers is now offering a $25,000 cash reward for any information that will assist investigators and lead to the arrest of the suspects. This $25,000 tip reward will expire on April 28, 2027.
