Durham police investigators have confirmed that human remains found in north Durham on March 29 are that of a 31-year-old male reported missing in July last year.
The male was reported missing by family members in Uxbridge. Police located human remains near Davis Drive and Regional Road 1. Testing done by the Centre of Forensic Sciences confirmed that it was the missing male, police said.
“There were no signs of foul play,” the added.
