Identify these two and help police solve a crime

Durham police is asking for your help in solving a crime.

It said on December 6, 2019, a female reported her wallet and debit/credit cards being removed by an unknown suspect.

Subsequently, her debit card was used at a nearby financial institution by a male who was captured on nearby surveillance video. The male fraudulently withdrew funds from the female’s account, police said.

The man met up with a second male and a female outside before leaving the area. The second male has been identified. Police are still attempting to identify the female and the first male.

The incident occurred on King Street West in Oshawa.

Male suspect: white, 20-30s, wearing a black coat with purple design, beige hat, black backpack.

Female suspect: 20-30s, white wearing a red coat with fur lined hood, red scarf
