Residents help solve yet another Durham crime

Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) said residents have helped its investigators identify and charge a suspect in connection with a theft incident in Oshawa.

“We work with the community through the ‘Help Solve A Crime‘ area of our website. Visit here and let us know if you have any information about these crimes,” DRPS said.

On April 16 at about 2:15 am, unknown suspect was seen on video surveillance breaking into the Niruthija Grocery store on Hortop Street in Oshawa. The male was observed entering and stealing cigarettes before fleeing.
