Durham Police investigators are trying to identify a male who was seen committing an indecent act near the Waterfront Trail in the area of Shoal Point Road and Ashbury Boulevard in Ajax.
The incident occurred on March 27 at approximately 12:00 p.m.
The suspect is described as a male, white, in his 50’s with very short or shaved grey hair. He was wearing a jacket with red markings and dark pants.
