Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday reported that a cyclist has been struck down in Whitby.
Male cyclist in his 50s struck near Thickson Road and the Hwy 401 ramp in Whitby at approx. 6:50 am this morning, said a police tweet.
The cyclist was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, the tweet added.
No further details were made available till late last night.
