A watermain burst in North Oshawa caused heavy traffic congestion yesterday, according to Durham Police.
Police had to evacuate Ontario Tech University/Durham College due to the watermain break.
It occurred in the Simcoe/Conlin area of north Oshawa.
“Please avoid this area as work gets underway – traffic will be very heavy,” said a police tweet.
