Oshawa invites residents to shape Renaissance Park’s future

The City of Oshawa is revitalizing Renaissance Park at 1529 Connery Crescent and is seeking community input to help shape its design.

Share thoughts on preferred playground equipment, accessibility features and other improvements that will enhance the park for all users.

The new design will focus on providing engaging and creative play opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities. Proposed improvements may include enhanced pathways, new play equipment, seating, a shade structure, a fitness station, native plants and a small water play feature.

Community members are invited to provide their feedback by completing a feedback form online on connect Oshawa or, on paper, at service Oshawa.

Feedback will be received until noon on March 17 and will be considered in the selection of playground equipment and accessibility components of the site.

For more information on the Renaissance Park redevelopment, please contact Matthew Robinson, Project Lead by emailing mrobinson@oshawa.ca.
