Durham police investigators are looking for a male suspect after a pet supply store was robbed in Pickering Friday afternoon.
On February 7 at 1:30 pm, police were called to the Family Pet Food and Supplies store at Kingston Road and Rougemount Drive for reports of a robbery that had just occurred.
A male suspect entered the store and demanded money from the register. The clerk handed over a quantity of cash and the suspect fled the scene heading west on Dalewood Drive. The clerk was not physically harmed during the incident and no weapon was seen.
The suspect is described as: male white, mid 30s with a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket, dark pants and a grey and black toque.
