Police seek witnesses after shots fired at home

Durham Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward after shots were fired in Pickering Saturday night.

On April 30 at about 10 pm, members from West Division were dispatched to the area of Liatris Drive and Misthollow Drive in Pickering after receiving reports of the sound of gunshots. Officers arrived on scene and located signs of gunfire. A residence, which was occupied at the time, had multiple bullet holes. No injuries were reported, said a police statement.

At this time there is no suspect description available; however, police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward or for anyone that may have video footage in the area to contact investigators.

The investigation is ongoing.
