Resident returns home, is confronted by break-and-enter suspect

Durham Police are looking for a suspect wanted in a break-and-enter in Brock.

On Wednesday, November 22 at about 7:25 am, members of North Division responded to a break-and-enter call at a residence in the area of Simcoe Street and Zion Road in Brock Township.

A suspect broke into the victim’s residence while it was unoccupied. When the victim returned to his residence, he was confronted by the suspect. A physical struggle ensued and the victim suffered minor injuries. The suspect fled from the residence prior to police arrival.

The suspect is described as: male, White, approximately 5’8”. 50-years-old, with a heavy build, brown hair, and a clean-shaven face. He was wearing a green camo jacket.
