Restricted access for Scugog community center this week

The township of Scugog is advising residents that asphalt replacement will be taking place on the east side of the Scugog Community Recreation Centre (SCRC) parking lot the week of November 2, weather permitting. This is the next step in the parking lot reconstruction project that is currently underway.

They note, while the lot is being paved, access to the Dog Park and ball diamonds will be restricted. This laneway must be closed in order to accommodate the paving. We will communicate when this access has reopened.

They ask the public to please keep this in mind when planning visits to the SCRC, dog park, and ball diamonds. They understand the closure is inconvenient; however, it is necessary to complete the work.
