Revision of plans for Rudell Road and Grady Drive

Lindvest Properties (Clarington) Limited is proposing to increase the lot frontage of several lots north of Whitehand Drive and reducing the lot frontage of several lots south of Whitehand Drive in Newcastle.
The road network north of Whitehand Drive has also been altered to eliminate cul-de-sacs, according to a notice from Clarington Council.
It said the proposal will result in six additional lots within Phase 4. The Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit the proposed changes to the lots and increase lot coverage from 40% to 45% for 2-storey dwellings and from 45% to 50% for one-storey and bungaloft dwellings.

The application has been deemed complete, the council said.

The proposed amendment, red-line revision and additional information and background studies are available for review at the Planning Services Department.
