Elexicon Energy has warned of a new scam that fraudsters are targetting Durham customers with.
It has issued a *SCAM ALERT* saying individuals claiming to be Elexicon Energy representatives are contacting our customers and threatening disconnection unless a payment is made immediately.
“If you receive a call like this one, hang up immediately and report it to @canantifraud at 1-888-495-8501,” it said.
