Durham police said the second suspect in the September 2018 murder of a Clarington man has been arrested.
O’Neal Spalding, age 35, of Melbourne Street in Toronto was arrested in Toronto on Wednesday, without incident. He has been charged with the Second Degree Murder of Cody James, a 29-year-old male, at a residence north of Hampton on September 10, 2018.
