On January 19 shortly before 1:30 am, East Division officers were called to the area of Goheen Street in Newcastle (Clarington) for a report of a suspicious person and suspicious vehicle. Further investigation revealed that both the license plate on the vehicle and the vehicle itself were stolen, police said.
