Bowmanville: The male wanted on a warrant in connection with a stabbing in Bowmanville turned himself in yesterday morning.
James Howard, age 29, of NFA is charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Possession of a Weapon for Committing an Offence and
- Fail to Comply with Probation
He was held for a bail hearing.
