Road Rehabilitation on Lake Ridge Road

This project includes asphalt pulverizing, grading, granular base, curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt paving, pavement marking, culvert extensions/replacements, illumination and signage.

The region’s contractor, Coco paving Inc., will remobilize their crew the week of May 4th and anticipates completing the work by July.

Lane Restrictions and Road Closures: All roadways will remain open to traffic for the duration of the contract. On weekdays between 9 am and 7 pm, traffic may be reduced to a single reversible lane. Residents should expect minor delays and are asked to drive cautiously for the safety of the construction workers, cyclists and traveling public. Access to residential driveways will be maintained whenever possible; however notification will be given to residents if vehicles need to be temporarily relocated out of the driveway to provide access for construction. Municipal construction projects include the use of vibratory equipment which may be noticeable inside nearby homes.
