Oshawa: Police have released a video of an arson incident in efforts to generate witnesses to come forward.
The suspect is depicted approaching the vehicle in Oshawa, pouring an accelerant and then setting it on fire before fleeing on foot.
Investigators continue to look for any information that would assist them with a vehicle arson investigation.
