Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday announced that it has issued 77 charges and 11 cautions on Wednesday at Oshawa’s top-5 most dangerous intersections.
DRPS Central East Division said on Day 1 of enforcement in and around the top-five “high collision intersections” in Oshawa city resulted in 77 charges and 11 cautions by the Traffic Safety Team.
“We will be back at them for the rest of the week and hopefully we see the enforcement and speed numbers go down,” it added.
