Cocaine, fentanyl, MDMA, meth and 9 seized in drug bust

Six males and three females are facing numerous charges following a drug and gun investigation.

On Tuesday, November 18, members of the Gun & Gang and Drug Enforcement Units, with the assistance of Kawartha Lakes Police Service, concluded an investigation into nine suspects.

Multiple search warrants were executed at residences in Ajax, Oshawa, Toronto and Lindsay by the DRPS Tactical Support Unit, Toronto Police Emergency Task Force, and Peterborough Police Service’s Tactical Support Unit, police said.

Officers seized more than 700 grams of cocaine, 300 grams of fentanyl, 100 grams of MDMA, 90 grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as approximately $30,000 in Canadian currency. Five hand guns were also located and seized.
