Durham Region Transit (DRT) is bringing back the 917Z to serve the Toronto Zoo and Rouge National Urban Park this summer.
Route 917Z is a convenient, safe, and efficient way for Durham residents to travel to the two family-friendly attractions. This year is special for the Toronto Zoo and the Durham Region as both celebrate their respective 50th anniversaries.
When: Starting on June 29, the 917Z began to operate on weekends and holidays, from 8:30 am to 8 pm, every 30 minutes, until September 2.
Where: Route 917Z will serve the Oshawa Centre Terminal, Whitby Station, Ajax Station, and Pickering Parkway Terminal before ending at the Toronto Zoo and Rouge National Urban Park.
