Durham opens hubs to help low-income residents get benefits

Durham Region is offering Mobile ID and Benefits Access Hubs this spring to assist residents with low incomes in accessing financial benefits and government services.

According to the region, Ontario provides more than 40 benefits designed to support residents with lower incomes.
