  • A dozen (12) of these people are hospitalized

Note: This data was extracted from the integrated Public Health Information System at 7 am on March 28, 2020. The numbers may differ from other sources, as data is extracted at different times.

Durham Health said it is revising the status of cases in Durham Region section to provide more concise and timely information that meets the needs of the community.

The Duham Health Department recommends that anyone who has mild cold or respiratory symptoms, such as a new cough, or sore throat (even if they have no travel history), and has not been tested for Covid-19, should self-isolate at home for 14 days, or until their symptoms have resolved, whichever is longer.

  1. Complete an online self-assessment.
