  1. I have seen This man many times the last time I have seen him was at the end of the month at green round Tim Hortons with another man sat in colour very dark to black hair I know he was wearing a bright coloured T-shirt they were heading away from Tim Horton towards the round about

  2. This is a perfect example of what I’ve been saying about the amber alert system we’re forced to have on our phones. As a resident of Bowmanville, I wouldn’t mind the government alerting me that this Bowmanville man is missing. It would make sense for them to do so. They did not; instead, they alert us about kids missing 100s of KMs away that We have zero chance of coming across.
The government should either use the Amber alert system in a more reasonable way, or (at the very least) let us opt out of the system.

  3. I agree the when vulnerable people are missing an alert if some sort should be considered. Regarding Amber Alerts – it has been shown that they work. There have been cases where the child(ren) have been located kilometers away from where they disappeared. Thus getting an Amber Alert for a child 100 kilometers away is not a bad thing – they may be the child found in your neighbourhood.
Sending encouragement to the family of this man, I hope he is located.
