Identify this woman and help solve a crime

On August 30 at about 1:25 pm, a female suspect attended the UPS store located at 31 Baldwin Street N. in Whitby and produced fraudulent identification to obtain a package which contained a cell phone belonging to a victim, said the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS).

The female is described as female black, 28-30 years, wearing a light blue shirt, flip flops and dark colored shorts.
