The Toronto Police Service yesterday thanked the public and the media, for their assistance in identifying a man involved in an Indecent Act Investigation.
The suspect surrendered within two hours of the publication of his image on Sunday.
On September 15 at 3:15 pm police received a call about an Indecent Act at Downsview GO Station.
It is reported that a man exposed himself to a woman, 34, on a train as it was travelling from Union to Downsview GO Station.
Christopher Giverin, 27, of Toronto, surrendered to 23 Division two hours after the news release.
He was arrested and transported to 52 Division and charged with: 1) Indecent Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 11 am, room 101.
