Man asks resident for assistance, exposes himself

A 27-year-old Oshawa man has been arrested and charged with indecent act offences, according to Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS).

On March 26 at about 4:45 pm, members of Central West Division responded to a call for service at a commercial premise on Laval Drive and Highway 401 in Oshawa. Officers were advised that the male approached a citizen and requested assistance. During the communication, he exposed himself and committed an indecent act, said a police statement.

The man from Oshawa has been charged with Commit Indecent Act in a Public Place; Causing a Disturbance by Exposing.  He was released on an Undertaking.

Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims.
