Man orders pizza, takes cash at gunpoint

Durham Police investigators are looking for a male suspect in an armed robbery of a pizza store in Pickering Sunday evening.

On April 25 at approximately 9:30 pm, members of West Division were called to the Square Boy Pizza on Krosno Boulevard in Pickering for a commercial robbery. The suspect entered the store and ordered a slice of pizza before pulling a handgun and demanding cash from the register. The suspect fled on foot with a quantity of cash.

The victim didn’t receive any physical injuries. Officers searched the area with the assistance of the K-9 unit; however, the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as male, white, approximately 5’11” tall, in his 20’s. He was wearing all dark clothing and armed with a handgun.
