Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday said a man was transported by ambulance to a Toronto trauma center with serious injuries after a four vehicle collision in Whitby.
The collision occurred yesterday at Lake Ridge, which was shut between Rossland and Dundas for several hours as collision investigators investigated.
No further details were made available till midnight last night.
