Whitby: The 34-year-old missing patient from Ontario Shores has been located in Oshawa and has been returned to the facility.
The DRPS would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance with this Missing Person investigation.
Durham Police were earlier trying to locate the missing patient from Ontario Shores who was last seen on Monday.
On August 19, Gabriel Cosentino, age 34, left the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences on a day pass. He was last seen at around 7 pm in the area of Brock Street South and Consumers Drive in Whitby.
Cosentino is a vulnerable male who is not considered a danger to himself or others, but needs assistance in taking care of himself. He is described as a male, white, 5’7″ tall, wearing a red T-shirt with black shorts with red stripes on the sides of the shorts and white and black shoes.
He is known to travel the downtown Whitby area as well as the Garden Street and Rossland Road East part of Whitby.
