Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) has called on the public to help in the early yesterday morning shooting that resulted in injury to one person.
“If you saw anything in relation to this incident around 2- 3 am on Brock Rd please call Det. Fisher at 905-579-1520 ext 2530. We will issue a release once we gather further information,” said a DRPS tweet yesterday.
An earlier announcement said investigators from DRPS West Division were looking into a shooting incident early yesterday morning on Brock Road in Pickering.
The shooting victim was a passenger of a vehicle and he was grazed with a bullet. The injured man was driven to a Toronto-area hospital for treatment, police said.
