Police release images of Clarington gas station robber

Durham Police have released images of a man who robbed a gas station at knife-point in Clarington.

On Sunday, September 15, at about 10:10 pm, members of East Division responded to an armed robbery at the Esso Gas Station, located at 1451 Regional Highway 2. A male entered the business and demanded cash from an employee while making threats with a knife. The suspect fled when other patrons entered the gas station.

The victim did not sustain any physical injuries, police said.

The suspect is described as: male, White, approximately 20-25 years-old, 5’10” tall, with blonde hair, and average build. He was wearing a dark coloured face mask, black shirt, red and black pants, and black shoes.
