Palmer Park and street closures for Queen Street and Water Street
On Sunday, October 3, 2021 the Port Perry 150th birthday celebrations will take place in downtown Port Perry and Palmer Park 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Festivities begin with a sunrise service, pancake breakfast, artisan market, kid zone information vendors, entertainment, historic horse and buggy rides and much more!
Please be advised that Queen Street from Water Street to John Street and Water Street from Mary Street to Queen Street will be closed except for emergency services only, said a statement.
The Port Perry 150 Advisory Committee has planned this event with the safety of the public in mind. “Please be reminded that even though this is an outdoor event, masks are recommended when physical distancing is a challenge. Please remember to sanitize your hands often. Some activities like the pancake breakfast and kid zone will require contact information and COVID-19 screening. We hope you enjoy the Port Perry 150th birthday celebration,” the statement added.
