Shots fired at Oshawa home, Ajax vehicle

A residential home was hit with bullets in Oshawa on Friday night, but no injuries were reported, police said.

On November 27, at about 10:50 pm, Central East Division officers were dispatched to a residence on Centre Street South near John Street West for shots fired. Officers arrived and discovered bullet holes in a residence.

There were no reported injuries. It appears that the suspects fled in a vehicle. Police believe that this is not a random incident. Three parties were arrested close to the scene, but there were no charges laid at this time in connection to this shooting, police said.

The investigation is ongoing and there are no suspect descriptors at this time.

Vehicles riddled with bullets

Several vehicles were damaged by bullets after a shooting Saturday evening in Ajax, but no injuries were reported.

On November 28, at about 7:20 pm, West Division officers were dispatched to a neighbourhood on Iles Street and Howes Street in Ajax after numerous reports of shots fired. It’s believed that a passenger of a silver pickup truck, exited the vehicle and then began shooting at it. Two other vehicles were damaged by the gun shots. Police located the Silver pickup truck abandoned nearby. The silver truck had numerous bullet holes, police said.

The investigation is ongoing and no injuries were reported.
