Ski-masked knife-wielding robber hits Circle K store

Durham Police are looking for a male suspect who threatened an employee with a knife during a convenience store robbery in Oshawa.

On Friday, May 10 at about 4:25 am, members of East Division responded to an armed robbery call at the Circle K convenience store, located at 501 Coldstream Drive.

An unknown male entered the business and approached an employee while brandishing a large knife. The suspect forced the victim to go behind the front counter and demanded cash from the register. The suspect fled the area on foot prior to police arrival.

The victim did not sustain any physical injuries, said police. They did not say if the robber stole anything.

The suspect is described as: male, approximately 20-years-old. He was wearing a black ski mask, dark hoody, black pants, black gloves, black boots, and had a black backpack.
