The city of Pickering is planning on holding a meeting for a three-building development on Brock Road.
The application has been made by 2465 Brock Road Developments Inc. for the property located at 2465 Brock Road. The subject site is located on the east side of Brock Road approximately 260 metres north of Third Concession Road.
The applicant is proposing a mixed-use development consisting of two residential condominium towers having heights of 17-storeys connected by a 5-storey podium containing a total of 353 dwelling units and 954 square metres of grade related commercial uses. Also proposed is an 8‑storey seniors’ residence containing a total of 86 units.
The Hybrid Electronic Statutory Public Meeting will be held on Monday, April 4 at 7 pm.
