Three stab man in broad daylight and flee

Durham Police yesterday said two males and one female are in custody after a male was stabbed in Oshawa.

On Tuesday, November 14 at about 3:10 pm, members of Central East Division responded to an armed person call in the area of John Street East and Simcoe Street South in Oshawa.

The victim was assaulted by multiple parties before being stabbed with an edged weapon. The male suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local area hospital. The suspects fled prior to police arrival, but were arrested a short distance away, said a police statement.

All three parties were held for a bail hearing. Names and further details available at www.drps.ca.
