Help find these three suspects in $20,000 jewelllery distraction theft

Durham Police investigators are actively seeking to identify three individuals involved in a distraction theft incident that occurred in Ajax.

On Friday, September 14, at around 4:30 pm, three suspects entered a jewelry store located at 1901 Hardwood Avenue North in Ajax.

During the incident, two of the suspects engaged a store employee in conversation, diverting attention, while the third suspect discreetly took a jewelry box containing items valued over $20,000. Following the theft, all three individuals left the premises and fled in an older model Dodge Caravan, police said.

The suspects are described as follows:

1. Male: Aged 25-30, 5’9” and weighing approximately 160 lbs.
2. Male: Aged 45-55, 5’7” and a weight of around 170 lbs.
3. Female: Aged 45-55, 5’6”, weighing approximately 180 lbs.
