Whitby teenaged boy gone missing found safe

Durham Police yesterday said the 15-year-old vulnerable male who was reported missing from Whitby, has been located safe and sound.

On Saturday, May 4 at about 11:40 am, members from Central West Division responded to a missing person call in the area of McQuay Boulevard and Rossland Road in Whitby.

The teen has not been heard from since Saturday. He was known to frequent the Toronto area. Police had concerns for his well-being.

The teen was described as: male, Black, 15 years, slim build, 5’5”, black hair and was last seen wearing a blue sweater, navy blue track pants, and black shoes resembling crocs.

Police had earlier reported him missing on April 27.
